EMPLOYER MATCHED SIMPLE IRA PLAN
All regular full-time employees who have completed at least 90 days of employment are eligible to participate in the company's simple IRA plan. Close Construction, Inc. provides matching funds for each employee dollar contributed up to a maximum company contribution of 3% per year.
