Jupiter Island Holdings, Inc. contracted with Close Construction, Inc. to demolish the existing Dormitory buildings and construct a new Dormitory facility to house our interns during the season. The new facility consists of six buildings, totaling 28,000 square feet on a site just over an acre. The building system used is the patented Royall Wall concrete panel system. The total project costs, including the associated site work, are estimated to exceed $7,000,000.
