Locals Restaurant and night club is located at 301 N. Parrott Avenue (N. Hwy. 441) in the City of Okeechobee.  The building was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building from Varco Pruden.  Construction was completed in June, 2006.  The building consists of 8,758 square feet including the mezzanine overlooking the bar area.
