    Chris Close
 

Mr. White serves as Project Manager for Close Construction, Inc. He possesses over 32 years of experience in the construction industry.  He brings to Close Construction his knowledge gained as operations manager for a lumber company and from owning and operating his own construction company for 15 years.  For Close Construction, Mr. White has been involved with the preconstruction and construction phases on projects for the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), the Seminole Tribe of Florida and other projects.  Currently, Mr. White oversees all of the commercial proposals and projects for the company.

Mr. Mack possesses extensive experience with the construction and renovation of custom and upscale homes.  His background as a professional carpenter provides him with the expertise and know-how required to successfully oversee the intricate and highly customized work for our residential clients.  Currently he serves as Project Manager for Close Construction, Inc. and he heads our Martin County Office overseeing all projects for that office. 

Mr. Close has been the owner and president of Close Construction, Inc. since its inception in 1989.  He serves as project director for all company projects.  His experience includes land development, building construction and construction management for both commercial and residential projects.  Design input and review, specialized construction features and producing a quality product are his specialties.

Mr. Close has been involved in the field of construction for 24 years.  He has hands-on experience in many areas of construction and has a thorough knowledge of trades, coordination, and scheduling.  He has directed projects for individual homeowners, Medical Groups, Correctional Institutions, Municipal Facilities and Educational Organizations.

   Mary Haaksma

Mrs. Wells has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry.  She serves as a Project Management Assistant on both residential and commercial projects providing the necessary contractual, technical and administrative support to the office and field staff.  In addition to construction, Sheryl has extensive experience in the fields of insurance, property management, home inspection, and bookkeeping.

Ms. Mann serves as the Office Manager and Project Management Assistant for Close Construction.  She has 9 years of experience in the construction industry and 25 years in the field of education.  She is responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping and the production of construction documents necessary for the various construction projects.  During the past 6 years she has worked extensively with the Department of Juvenile Justice and other Departments with the State of Florida.

Mr. Brown serves as Project Superintendent and Labor Foreman for Close Construction, Inc.  He possesses over 34 years of experience in general construction. Mr. Brown has gained a vast amount of knowledge from his experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, scheduling and human resources.  Duane has been with Close Construction for over 11 years and has become a valuable member of the team.  He is well known for maintaining a project schedule while upholding the highest standards of workmanship.

Mrs. Haaksma is an Project Management Assistant working with marketing and metal building estimating.  She has a background in Interior Design, Architecture, Computers and Marketing.  Mary has studied at various colleges in the USA and Japan.  Her career path as an Interior Designer, Department Manager, School Teacher and Executive Assistant is varied and extensive, including involvement with many aspects of architecture, project management and marketing for over 19 years.

    Duane Brown

Mr. Boromei serves as Project Superintendent for Close Construction, Inc.  He has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of construction, including a vast knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings.  He has been involved in all phases of pre-engineered metal buildings from design, including value engineering, through construction and onto completion.  Once a master carpenter, Danny now holds his own General Contractor's License.  He has worked on many Department of Juvenile Justice projects and is acquainted with the special needs of security facilities. Danny's latest projects include the construction of three canal pump stations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

Mr. Crawford serves as Project Superintendent on our upscale residential renovation projects.  He has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.  With his trim carpentry experience he brings to each project and emphasis on quality workmanship and an attention to detail.

Mr. Cooper serves as Project Superintendent on our upscale residential renovation projects.  He has 19 years of experience in the field of construction.  His carpentry background provides him with the insight and the attention to detail necessary to complete the projects to the customer's satisfaction.

Mr. Reising serves as Project Superintendent and Safety Compliance Officer for Close Construction, Inc.  He has extensive experience and training in the field of construction safety.  He is well informed on current OSHA standards.  As part of Close Construction's proactive approach to safety, Mr. Reising conducts weekly job site meetings for all of our projects and makes impromptu periodic inspections.  In addition to safety, he has a vast amount of knowledge from his experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, scheduling and human resources.

Mr. Nichols serves as Project Superintendent for  Close Construction.  He possesses over 18 years of experience in the field of construction.  He has served as Superintendent on projects ranging from residential, commercial to institutional facilities.  Paul is conscientious about controlling costs, maintaining quality workmanship and timely completion.  He will go to great lengths to ensure Owner satisfaction.
