Jupiter Island Dormitory Buildings

This project consisted of the construction of (6) dormitory buildings for Jupiter Island Club seasonal employees.  Buildings included laundry facilities for the Club, administrative offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and entertainment room.  This was a fast-track project completed during the "off season" and utilizing the patented Royal Wall pre-engineered, precast concrete wall system.  The project included the demolition of the previous dormitory buildings.
