A large percentage of the work done by Close Construction over the years qualifies as Light Commercial. This includes commercial buildings and multi-family dwellings as well as educational, medical, institutional and governmental projects. Close Construction has carried through these projects from design to build, offering a full range of construction services.
Current light commercial projects in progress range from four-plex apartment buildings to the Jupiter Island Club Dormitories. Other projects include renovation of existing offices and storefronts resulting in a more updated and luxurious look.
