Close Construction takes pride in making sure our clients are satisfied with their construction project in every way. At Close Construction, a job is not done until all of the client’s expectations have been met. We work hard to make your transition from construction to occupancy as smooth and as worry-free as possible.

Even after you have moved in, Close Construction maintains an active role. Our Project Closeout List includes everything you need to occupy your new building. When it is time for you to move-in, Close Construction will provide the following (if applicable):

• Certificate of Final Completion
• Contractors’ Certification of Completed Punch List
• Fire Marshall’s Inspection Report
• Warranties and Service Contracts
• Complete Certificates of Insurance
• Maintenance Education and Operations Manuals
• Systems Demonstrations
• Close-out Documents
• Consent of Surety to Final Payment and Release of Liens
• All Preliminary Tests and Reports for HVAC, Fire Alarm and Electrical
• Record Project Manual and Drawings with Addenda
